The memory on that card is arsed!
Demand a refund/new replacement.
Well the Antec trio 650w is nvidia certified for 8800gts SLI
And as you tried it in 3 other pc's (same of differnt specs?, probably be best to send them the specs of all pc's you've tried it in)
Is this one of the xfx factory overclocked cards? I seem to remember some one else haveing a problem with one (cannot remember if it was the GTX) but resetting the card to standard stock setting fixed his problems, I'd still RMA it but if it works at stock then that's another point in your favour.
EDIT: could be a problem with your PSU, in that it's borked, although I wouldn't admit to it to xfx . . .

2 different cards, same problem?
there could be a compatibility issue between the motherboards they use and the mobo you used.
i ordered a new xfx graphics card the other week, unfortunately it did not work in my motherboard, i couldn't check it in another pc at the time, but after scouting around at asrock website and reading the manual, i inadvertently found a small notice that said "do not use video cards over 1.5volts in this motherboard as it could lead to component failure etc." needless to say scan very kindly provided the RMA for me, and instead of trying to find a decent card that worked in the mobo that didn't require more than 1.5volts, i decided to postpone buying a laptop and purchased a new mobo, cpu, ram & pci-e graphics card, so at least i'm more up2date now, albeit it cost me a lot more in the end.
it maybe worth checking anyway.

Not sure about the exact specs of the two other computers, but the other was similar... an Asus P5B E6300 with an Antec 650W Trio as well. 8800GTX in any computer results in corrupt bios and windows won't load drivers properly... tried backup 7800GT and 1800XL and all computers and they work fine, so I think that pretty much singles the GFX card out.
It's a plain ol' 8800GTX, no overclocking done to it, I don't see a need to (yet!).
I think I read somewhere that the P5K series should be able to take an 8800GTX no problem.
On Saturday I got the go-ahead to RMA it... but need to wait for the official RMA go-ahead. Hopefully will get it sorted soon... keep you posted.
Got the card back yesterday, looking mighty fine now. Took their technical people 1 day to determine that the card was faulty and issue a replacement... not surprisingly the hardest and longest part is getting past their customer service people!
Hope this one lasts a bit longer than the last two.
Just bad luck I guess, hopefully you won't see another duff piece of kit for a very long time
