    Nero Showtime 3 and Xvid - Problems

    HI All,

    Does anyone know of a way to play Xvid movies in Nero Showtime 3? I have just installed Koeppi's Windows Xvid codec but there is a serious audio delay with the picture in Nero Showtime. Has anyone managed to get around this problem?

    Have you ruled out the audio sync by playing in another player?

    There is no audio sync in windows media player with the xvid video, but wanted to know if there is an xvid codec compatiable with nero showtime.

    try removing the xvid codec you have just now and installing ffdshow:
