    Wallpaper wont display

    Hey all..

Was just browsing some sites when suddenly my wallpaper turned to just a plain blue screen..

I can't change the picture or put a new wallpaper in
I've checked all through desktop settings, restored to default and still no luck

Did you click on any website buttons? For example, "click here for a free ipod"?

Nope, not intentionally anyhow.. I don't remember any pop ups either.

I've virus/spyware scanned but both came up nil.

I had a problem like this on one of the PCs here before, I think it turned out to be a security policy somewhere... let me see if I can find it.

Just to clarify, is this a standalone or member of a domain?
