AW8 Motherboard Problem

Just inherited a pc with an AW8 motherboard that will not boot up. Motherboard led gives a F message when the power is turn on. Any idea what that means

chances are that it's probably a power problem but it would help to know the exact details of all the rest of the system hardware.
