    Unhappy Sony DVD RW DW-Q28A

    When I go into Device Manager and Right click against the Sony DVD RW DW-Q28A and properties. In the General Tab I see the message:

    Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The drive may be corrupted or missing (Code 39).

    I have taken technical advice by email from meshcomtpuers but have got no where in resolving the problem. Has anyone else faced this problem.
