    Nvidia drivers keep crashing XP

My parent's PC has my old 5700 in their pc(nf7-s mobo with xp2200 cpu). A few times a week, we get the BSOD and it's down to the nvidia driver. I have uninstalled the driver before and installed the latest one. Seems to stop for a while but then starts again.

    any suggestions?
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

have you had the heatink off the card and gave it a clean up before putting it in its new home ?

i dont think ive ever come a cross an old video card that didnt have dried out heatisnk paste or a failed/blocked fan causing it to overheat.

could well be a heat issue though.
