Convert video's to 3GP?

Hi, does anyone know of a free program that will let me convert my video's into 3GP so i can transfer them to my phone? I tried some but they either had an annoying nag whilst viewing the video or they only convert 2 mins.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
