Grab a cheap x1950 gfx card, ram is cheap too so work toward 2 x 1gb. And yes, a new PSU

Re: the grafix card, just got a X1600PRO 256mb DDR3 HDTV which should tide me over.

The PSU is stock with the case, and yes I will probably update it fairly quickly... however, under normal loading, if it goes pop, surely the warranty with Scan will cover any loss?

Anyway, everything except the AC Freezer 7 Pro is coming tomorrow...

So I will let you know how I get on...

    Cheers

scan will have to cover the psu loss, but if the psu goes pop pop pop, and takes other parts out i dont think they will.

Well.... got all the stuff... thanks scan!

Built up easily, and immediately changed the FSB from 200 to 233, and booted first time at 2.33ghz!!!

I will let you know if there are other more stable options, but at the moment, the kit is pretty cool!!!

Also got the onboard wi-fi working with my Livebox, and it's much faster than the Livebox USB wi-fi gadet.
