What is this and Where can I get it?

I pretty much want to do the same thing with my case (1x120mm and 2x80mm fans) I think he calls it the 'U-channel' which is what I want (if C=Pi*d, 1meter should be more than enough).

I've had a look on various sites:

Although fairly cheap, I'm not going to pay £4-6 for P&P for it!

I've been looking in maplins/b&q, but to no avail
I'm sure this is a simple seal that everywhere should have for use on panels/windows etc. So I get the impression I maybe using the wrong name for it..

If anyone knows of an alternative to give me better search results..
