    simple vista question for simplton

I'll be embarking on my first pc build soon and will be wanting to install vista 64bit version.
Most copys of vista say 32 bit with 64 bit upgrade, which you then have to pay more for and wait ages for delivery.
Scan have oem 64 bit copys for around £4 more than the 32 bit and before i buy it just wanting to make sure it's the full version and not an upgrade, so i don't then have to buy a copy of each.
Also what are the disadvantages of the oem copys?

OEM = Install once on hardware. Non transferable to other machines later on, basically.
