    Mac_mot.sys

    does any one no where i can get this driver from? and how i install it thanks

    thanks for that do i also need the .ini file? also where do i put these files and how do i register them?

    I have *no* idea what that file is for, i simply googled it so you could download it...

    have a look at this link.


    but without any background info, ie what are you doing, what program are you trying to use, what is the purpose of this file... its tricky to help any further

    well im trying to get my parallel port working but when i try and run the program it says mac_mot.sys not found

    ive got the dvrload on that site but when i try and run the mac_mot.sys i get loads of error messages saying access denied,im using vista do u no how to change the setting to let me run it, im on an admin account

    you're trying to get your parallel port working in vista.

    is this for a printer, or for some other device?

    doesnt vista have basic drivers built in for this, or are you trying to do something clever (ie PIC programmer or something?)...

    What sort of 'access denied' message is it? perhaps the drvload only works with xp, and vista is blocking it from loading the driver...

    i dont think there is a vista-compatible version of drvload out (see here)


    Any chance you can give us a screenshot of the error message, upload it to [url=http://www.imageshack.us[/url] or something

    ive managed to get it working on my jtag but on my fun card programmer i keep getting the error message cannot initilize port-driver
