How to add another email account in Wanadoo/Orange

A friend has Wanadoo Broadband and wants to be able to create an email address for each member of the family (based on his ISP's username). ie: fred@, joe@, etc, etc. When he tried to do this all emails went to each of the accounts. He would get emails to everyone and not just those to him.

I've seached the Orange website for a way of adding multiple email accounts but can't find any information. It must be possible - does anyone have any ideas?

Most of Orange's information is found once you log into your account, There are detailed guides like the one linked above to tell you. There will be a web site within the orange website to get this setup.

Its going to be down to your mate to log in and find it himself.
