PC Display Through HDTV

Recently purchased a new TV. Its got so many connections on the back it's unbelievable but I'm only really interested in a few. One of which is the RGB in.

When I connect my PC to this connector I get a 'No Signal' error message on my TV. Is there some settings I must change on my PC to enable me to use this TV as a monitor? I am using a 7600GT graphics card.

Any help is much appreciated.

Does your tv have an HDMI connection? If it does, then you can use one of these-

Its a dvi to hdmi cable. It works well for me when I connect my pc to my lcd tv.

Try connecting your monitor up to the PC, then adding the connection to the TV via RGB, and running the Nvida TV wizard. That should sort you.

Or, get a DVI-HDMI as suggested already. My HTPC uses one, and works fine "out of the box" with no settings needing to be changed, even on a fresh install.

Clarky try setting 1280x768. All HD ready panels support maximum 1366x768
