Can a 350W 20 12V PSU power this setup?

ASUS m-ATX C2D mobo
E6700
2GB DDRII 800 MEM
X1800XL All in Wonder GFX
Silverstone Fan Controller
500GB seagate HDD

I've not built a C2D system before, and since I'm never going to overclock this, I was just wondering would I be fine with this?

A 350w would be a bit light. The power unit is the most important part of your system , so go for something that gives you a bit of slack . A good made is essential -try corsair 520 or 620 as they have an excellent reputation.

Doh, Ideally I didn't want to spend more moeny, and yes 350W is the max/peak value, I don' think the psu can sustain that for long.

Definately no need for the 620w in this case. A 520w version would be more than good enough.

I would suggest something supplying 450w+

insufficient power is a frequent cause of intermittent problems. (and therefore most worth avoiding). Personally I'd recommend 500w + - need a good reliable make.

If you can try getting a dual rail PSU,Their not so expensive and the make for quite a stable system :-)

I've used 350w on this system before, that is slightly lower spec (click my system), had no problems, but if you are buying a new psu then go for a slightly better one as you never know when you will get the urge to add more.
