    Firefox not working properly

Ok lately firefox has started playing up and i cant seem to fix it.

What is happening is, images that are attached to posts arent appearing, cant download from alot of places.

"try enabling referrer logging. F12 if you're using Opera."
that is what somone else recommended but i dont know how to do it in firefox.

    Any help?

    Ive tried reinstalling btw

    Re: Firefox not working properly

all i can suggest is poking about in "about:config" (type "about:config" into your address bar without the " ")

i have never had this problem though

Disable all the extensions and check if it still happens. Check that you can open the pages with internet explorer.

Try clearing all the caches, temporary internet files etc, and then reboot.

    Re: Firefox not working properly

Try creating a new Firefox profile.

Your current profile will be in C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

and will have a .default behind it, rename it to something else and then start FF, this should create a new profile, if it fixes the problem then go to the profile folder you've just renamed and copy the bookmarks.htlm file into the new profile folder to get all your bookmarks back.

    Re: Firefox not working properly

i would turn off your firewall add blocking, most of them are atrociously bad, and then install the adblock plus firefox extension
