HD2400 driving me insane..

Okay, new system build, had fun with the case already involving pliers and hammer.
Windows installed okay, did some driver installs, installed some of the "frilly" stuff off the driver cd, next reboot it locks up or instareboots. I think.. SOB. Tried a install over the top, same result.
Quick format, start fresh, no frills, so far so good.. so I begin to think.. what could have caused it. Run DXDIAG, Go to display, "Test Direct3d", instant I push that, instareboot!. Updated to latest drivers, still the same thing.
Any idea's?

Figured it out, was something called "gamers OSD" it installed it without me knowing, thought the icon was sound lol. Once that was turned off, it worked perfectly. So if anyone searches up this problem, uninstall the extra's
