Help with NTC

Sorry to say i live in Sudan where we have this very annoying filtering system forced upon us by the NTC (National Telecomunication something or the other). It really hasn't been that much of a problem untill recently where they banned all torrent sites. Now that was bad, cant download stuff anymore, really crappy. I tried using a proxy and it worked for some time, but now they seem to have managed blocking all proxy sites too. So i need help bypassing this stupid filter, anyone know how???
