i'm sorry for the newb question: help understanding RAM!

okie i know this is a lame question and could be found out easily with google but i'm not quite sure what i'm looking for here so apologies for it ha

i have RAM, PC-8500 1066mhz.
i have an e6750 OC'ed to 400FSB.
now i've been trying to understand guides here and there but i'm still unsure about what it all means when it comes to the timings and the ratios

what i wanna know is what FSB should i set for my RAM ? and what speed is my RAM suitable for ?
just a link to a guide where i could read it to get it all in one would be fine n dandy

from what i can gather, my RAM needs to be set to 800mhz to get a 1:1 ratio to the CPU

and (this is where i'm most confused) CPU-Z returns this:
on "memory" tab it says freq 400mhz which is fine i think
but on SPD tab under max bandwidth it says "PC2-5300 (333mhz)"
Frequency 533mhz

just wanna know what it all means
