I can scan all slides, using the Transparency Management Adapter, which holds four slides, direct to a USB memory stick or flash card on the printer with no problems, but it is very slow.
If I scan 'To computer', to the HP Image Zone program, which is much faster, some slides will be scanned and others won't in spite of repeated attempts. I have twice raised on-line queries with HP, which has not replied.
Any ideas please?
