    access database help

    Please Help!
Ive been asked by HR woman at work to produce a database which will be able to print out a report of employees who have been off work for the previous month.

She would like to be able to input a persons staff code and the dates from the start and end of their sickness she also needs to be able to tell if they have had a full or half day, once inputted she wants print out who has been off.

Ive started what i think should work-but im not great on access can someone pls help-pls msg me if you would kindly have a look at the db.
Ive got an employee table, a reason table-this contains reasons for being off sick, and also an absense table which should record employees adsenses.

    Thanks!!
