RPC Terminated Unexpectedly???

Hi guys,
I have got a new computer and the problem i have is that i am using a linksys wusb54gs adapter and whenever I disable it or sometimes enable it I get a windows error report message saying Generic Host Proccess For Win32 Services encountered a problem and needs to close. After that whether i click on send or dont send I get a shutdown message saying RPC service was terminated unexpectantly. i then have 1 min before it shuts down. How can i fix this?

are you running XP? have you got SP2 / all the updates installed?

any antivirus software running?

seriously?!!... i hope not... the computer brand new...xp mce 2005 with service pack 2 and all updates. I am also running Norton Internet Security 2008 and have done a full system scan and found nothing... the problem started after I installed kaspersky 7 so i uniinstalled that and installed norton. I am connected via a wireless linksys adapter and the message only appears when i mess with the wireless...eg click connect if not connect or click disable if connected
