Outlook help...
I really hope someone out there can help...
I have a user who is trying to send an email with an attached image file, .jpg (the problem is with .tif as well) up until a couple of weeks ago it was fine, now its not.
The file will attach no problem, but when he hits send an error message pops up saying
'The system cannot find the file specified'
then when you close them email the error message
'A program still has file ... open, changed to the document will be lost unless you save... etc etc....'
any ideas what i can do?

Re: Outlook help...
Ok, its now doing it for all files, they are definately not open with a nother program, the user has no temporary internet files folder in their profile therefore no temporary outlook files folded, so i deleted and recreated his profile, but still no resolution
EDIT: IE7 had classed the TIF as operating systems files, so i got found them ok, but still having the problem that outlook doesnt have a temporaray folder
