Vista Media Centre HTPC firewall?

hey folks,
I've just built a HTPC using vista and was wondering if i need to install a firewall or do you think i should leave the windows one on by default?

It's gonna be left on or on standby 24/7, opinions welcome.

Windows one will be fine if it's just an HTPC. If you've got a router firewall there's not need whatsoever.

Cool, wanna keep the resources as low as possible. It's behind a router firewall (DG834GT) but will leave windows firewall on just for safety.

I think i'm a little paranoid, don't know what of though

Knock off all unneeded services, make sure its not in the DMZ on your network, make sure its patched up and enable the firewall - Can't see any major issues
