    Laptop Help

Before when i was trying to sort the wireless out on my laptop, i had to reboot. So i restarted it but it was waiting to configure updates. Few minutes later the battery cut out and now the laptop is giving BSOD. I've tried safe mode/networking/cmd promt, last know good configuration. Tried the recovery disk. Nothing is working.

The laptop is only 2 days old. Any ideas?

yep, recovery or fresh start with a windows disk is what I would do expecially if you havn't already. Most laptops come with so much rubbish installed anyway. What laptop is it?

I've tried the recovery disk. It loads up then boots to windows. Going go take it back to the shop today, i was messing around for a few hours and couldnt get it sorted.

Its a Fujitsu Siemens something or other. Just something my mum use's for work.
