Does anyone know how to contact ECS support?

Hi,

I've been trying to contact ECS support so can locate the correct bios update for my motherboard but keep getting 'error6' every time I click on submit.

I am at my wits end - didn't think that getting a bios update could be this laborious.

I got to the site and i had no problems with it, sometimes the sites mess up. Be careful flashing the BIOS, i hate doing it. This ais the link to the BIOS page, make sure you get the right one ECS Web Site

Thank you for the reply... I have already downloaded the bios files, but for some reason am unable to update my bios from them. Way back in April was having probs with motherboard and ECS support sent me a bios to flash - now I can't use the updates that are on the website - keep getting message 'bios file size doesn't match the mainboard bios!' I have tried filling in a tech support form but when I click submit get 'error6' come up on screen in a little box. I want to upgrade memory to 2 x 1gb 667 DDR2 sticks (2gb) but this board has a problem with 1gb DDR2 667 sticks hence I need the update the bios to correct the problem before I install the new memory.

Hi Guys,

Just thought you would like to know.. I've found the telephone number for ECS in the UK and they have UK Techy department. Not sure if we are allowed to quote the telephone number, but if you load yell.com and type elitegroup in the company name section and uk in the area section the UK telephone is shown.
