Hi,

I was just wondering if anybody has had any dealings with Asus support with their notebook. To my annoyance, the motherboard went on mine, so I got an RMA No, and the laptop was collected the next day. 5 weeks later and Im still without the laptop and the support team seem to be as much use as a chocolate tea pot! I feel Ive been patient with them, despite them giving no information, but today they have truely shown their ability (or lack of). After having the laptop for this long, they decide that it has to go back to the UK office for them to make a decision about whether a replacement would be issued- but wont give me any contact details of this office.

Anyone else had any issues with this and know of how to make a complaint as I cant find anything on their website.

Sorry if it seems like a rant but Im stressed with workload at minute, especially not being able to do anything at home
