xp sp2 vista style file sharing?

any way to do this as i don't like the idea of copying every single bloody file over and using double the space.
vista you could just click share and in seconds its on the network for others to use...
any alternatives/means of doing this?

Right click the containing folder and click "Sharing and Security..." or am I missing something?

yeah it was simple file sharing that needed turning off as otherwise it wanted me to individually back up each file to the "sharing folder" screw that.
