Urgent Help Needed.

I recently bought all the components to build a budget pc.
I am putting it all together now and I have been greeted by a problem (maybe).

The problem I have is that I bought this case (Here) and this heatsink (Here) and the heatsink touches the side of the case (when it is all assembled).

It is only a small connection, it is only the tops of about 4 of the copper pointy bits sticking out of the top that touch the case (See Here).

Will this be a major problem?

p.s. The Hyper 212 heatsink is MASSIVE.

Not really,can you shut the side of the case ok?It should be fine.

My Tuniq Tower 120 pokes out the side of my case so far I leave the case side off. Keeps things plenty cool, but needs weekly hoovering to keep dust at bay.

Thanks for the responses, if its not a problem I will continue as planned.

I can shut the case fine, it is only a tiny connection. I will probably end up beating the side panel with a rubber mallet until it fits perfectly.
