High CPU usage on one core of E6600

Okay i've installed vista and my pc is going bananas.

I've done some googling around and it seems it proberbly hardware interrupts leeching cpu. I've used a programm called Ratt and here is my logfile. Can anbody translate and provide any indication what is going amiss?

Perhaps you don't need to go that deep. This problem is usually caused by software. Interrupts have nithing to do with this unless you have really weird setup or done some changes to IRQs manually.
First let us know your full PC specs and the way you did Vista instal and hardware drivers

Thanks for the reply. I've used process viewer and its shown in there as hardware interrupts approx eating 30-40 of core1.

    My PC Specs

    intel E6600
    3GB pc6400 corsair xms2
    ATi X1900xt
    ageia physx
    mobo: abit aw9d-max
    2 x 500GB western digital sata
    1 x 250gb western digital sata

just slapped in ma vista dvd and let it install away. Hardware drivers downloaded from manufacturers website, updated to newest bios too.

I'm not claiming to have any expertise here, but from the look of the above the information is pretty much useless. Unless you have the name of a driver/device that is generating the interrupts then you've got nothing to go on.
My suspicions would be on a rouge driver causing the issue so I'd start with uplugging peripherals and see how you go. USB devices first and then PCI/PIC-E next.
If that doesn't point to the problem it might be something like a motherboard driver, have you checked for updates to your motherboard chipset/BIOS?

Have you fully formatted the hard drive prior to Vista instal?
Can you make a screenshot of the Task Manager's process tab and post it here to check what process utilizes CPU?

If its taking up 30-40% at idle task manager would show up if it were a program.
