    Event Viewer - Critical Item

When I looked at the event viewer today I noticed that there was an item in red marked critical. I am running vista ultimate. The Task Category is Boot Performance Monitoring. I have copied and pasted the details which are below.

I would be most grateful if someone could help me understand the log and help rectify this error

Re: Event Viewer - Critical Item

This looks like a Vista error to me. It doesn't give much away though. Could be a bug.
