How to read a RATTv3 log and interpret the data thereof.

I only scanned a couple times during the times when the CPU was reading 100% so as not to create too long of a log file, and hoping to pin point the culprit.

Can someone please show me how to read this file and find which is using too much DPC or too long of a execution time?
