Hey all, My friend has been having problems with his pc, windows crashing etc. and sometimes displaying cmos checksum error, 1 of the problems was the keyboard... the other... the floppy drive doesn't get detected and it halts the system, there is no floppy drive and never was... the LED screen displays error 41.. it's an Award BIOS... I've read through the manual and there is no mention of an error code 41 and i've browsed forums to no avail... the systems specs are as followed:
Core2Duo E6300
2x1GB Corsair ddr2-800 4-4-4-12
Seagate 250GB S-ata3G
Some.. S-ata DVD R/W
Hiper 580watt power supply (oops... HyperX? that's RAM by Kingston...)
Palit GeForce 7950GT 512mb
Tried clearing the BIOS and it still comes up with the same error, I guess we could try unplugging it and leaving it stand for half an hour, anyone had any similiar problems with this board/similiar board?
Thanks in advance for any help.

PS. I can't get into the BIOS to check any settings or to check what BIOS version it is running on, sadly.
