importing addresses to thunderbird

i apologise if this has been asked before and it probably has. i've just installed thunderbird and i was wondering how i import my contacts from orange webmail ?

Hi Phil,

I just found this on the mozillaZine site it might be of use..

There should be an option to export your contacts in Orange Mail, save them in one of the formats listed in the link above then in Thunderbird go into the address book then under the Tools drop down menu select import.
