They've not launched the server 2k8 / exchange 2k7 version of SBS just yet.

unless you wait a while you'll have to make do with the 2003 version.

Just as a heads up, Small Business Server 2008 is due to be released in November (2008). If you can wait, it might be worth doing so, so as to avoid a costly upgrade for a new server OS and CALs further down the line. (That's what I'm doing anyway )
