Why does WOW think I'm firewalled?

I say 'I' loosely, its actually my friend, he's just picked up a factory overclocked machine from OCuk.

    https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showp...odid=FS-108-OK

Hes just hooked it up to his Belkin wireless router (by Ethernet) and with all firewalls off, and all ports open on the router, why would it say its behind a firewall and restrict his download speed massivley?

His Alienware laptop doesn't have the same problem wirelessly, so any ideas what he can look at?

Oh.. and he's on good ol' St...st.st...stu.tt.er...stutering V..V...V...V.V..V..Virgin. lol
