i have got sony bravia.
50'' SONY BRAVIA KDF/E50A12U LCD HD READY TV

- TV DOESN'T POWER ON - PROBLEM WITH MOTHERBOARD
Can any one suggest how to solve this problem without paying out huge repair bils plz?

you need to send it back to be repaired.

End of. its not something you can fix yourself without making worse. Surely its under warranty anyway.

How old? - Warranty claim first. The SoG states reasonable time but usually up to 6 yrs against shop but if bought from a non commercial outlet then your on your own. Have you had a repair estimate yet?
Was this bought on any type of finance, if yes then they can be held liable.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and guess that the bulb has gone, this is a rear projection TV right?
