Anyone know what seasonic EU's RMA/Warranty procedure is?

Have a seasonic S12 II which is faulty - The box and manual have several mentions of a 3 year manufacturer's warranty, but I can't find any details of how to go about getting a replacement under it.
The european office's email is dead and I'd rather not make any international phone calls if i can avoid it.
So.. anyone been through this and got the address or whatever handy?
