MSI P7N Diamond SLI config

Thinking bout gettin a MSI P7N Diamond instead of an ASUS Striker II Formula Republic of Gamers Series nForce 780i SLI, due to the overclocking restrictions of my Q6600. My question is, due to other pci needs, can i run my SLI config in any of the 4 pci exp lanes or does it have to be over the blue slots, or in sequence ? Cheers in advance.

so u cant just go blue yellow or blue white ?

id recommend blue blue first, but you would have no problem with white.

dont use yellow unless u have used the others first as it is only x4 pcie and the others are x14 pcie
