Pc freezes since ive installed vista 32bit

Hi there i installed vista yesterday and since ive don this my pc keeps freezing then after 1 minute or so it will come back to life like nothing happened. I have checked all the cables inside are connected properly and have installed all the nessary drivers for mobo, graphics, ect.
Any help people, or will i have to go back to xp.

Hi ninjaspar welcome to the forum, in the first few days after being setup vista does all sorts of indexing and stuff, which can have the effects you are asking about. After this it settles down, so maybe leave it a few days (if you could leave it on overnight would be the ideal) before thinking there is something seriously wrong.

Hi, have done what you said but wot do i look for that could course this.
