CPU Temperature

Bit of a novice question, my CPU temp is goes up to 55C when few apps are running, is this normal?

CPU: 775 Pentium 4 3.2GHZ
Heatsink and fan Default

Sounds fine, but you can run OCCT for an hour and see how high the load temp goes.
