Can anyone help? Whenever I watch a video on YouTube it pauses every few seconds. It's very annoying. Can I correct this?

slow internet?
let the video load all the way to the end before you start it playing and that should stop it pausing every few seconds.

You can see the buffer in the progress bar. Grey is unbuffered, pink is buffered, red is played.

The thing that annoys me about the YouTube player is that when it is buffering you can't pause it so if you have a slow connection it can sometimes be a pain getting it paused so you can leave it to load fully before playing.

What browser are you using? Start the video from the start and what seconds does it stop at (my guess is 2 secs)

Does the sound play?

I'm using Internet Explorer 6. You're right about the 2 secs, and then every 2 or 3 secs after that. It takes about 10 mins to watch a 3 min video. But if I let it play right through and then replay it plays ok.

Could just be loading speeds then :/
