Raid drive's starting to fail perhaps?

    Hi,

This is on a fairly high spec Dell desktop, provided with RAID drives and it's about 6 months old.

Basically this picture should say everything I need to:

The computer feels like it's functioning normally but it throws this error on every start up and often during use. Almost as if it doesn't have an effect, it's just warning.

So do you think the drives are actually going out? Should I be taking this one up with Dell? Or is it a bit of software stupidity?

    Any help is most appreciated!
