Spyware help!!??? PLEASE!!!

Hi all,

oh my god someone please help me before i pull my hair out!!!!

have somehow got some spyware virus and have tried in vain to remove them.....its really stupid as its since a system update last night!!!

problem is that IF i manage to download a spyware removal tool, it wont let me install in and i cannot find manual removal instructions anywhere... plus the fact that the stupid spyware is redirecting me here there and everywhere...... in despair its taken me forever just to get her to ask for help so hope someone can!!!

as when i selected everything it brings up a warning telling not to 'blindly' fix everything (as i was about to do!!! oops!) and make sure i know how to use the program

do all this from safe mode, (F8 as the bios screen blanks to load windows)
then try to boot into safe mode with networking and get spybot and adaware installed,

i've already got adaware installed but keeps crashing and wont do anything due to this problem!

try malwarebytes antimalware, its a trial but it works fully, i've cleared up lots of bad infections with it and its never failed me.

Thanks for your help... was not able to do much in safemode but managed to delete i think the files you mentioned but i think its still problematic, as its running slow still. and adaware still wont run right

thanks to both am running the scan now.... have downloaded stopzilla, max spyware detector, paretologic too they all seem to find different infected items even after one has 'cleaned' but am now scanning with your one suggested.

system seems to be running better now, but still pop ups even with blocker and wont let certain things connect for example, adaware - it wont allow it to connect to update etc...
