Only 11.53v on 12v.

I setup my new build last night and it was the easiest and quickest I've done on a new build. HOwever, I noticed from the readings (BIOS and software within Windows) that the 12v is reading 11.53v.
I'm not too sure how accurate this could be or should I be concerned with this?

The system specs are:

Xigmatek NRP-MC651 psu
Biostar TP45-HP
C2D e4600
OCZ ReaperX PC6400 (2x2gb)
Xigmatek Red Scorpion (with crossbow)
xfx 9600gt Alphadog edition

Everything running on stock so far.

According to the specs, that power supply has a +5% and -4% margin or error, so you are within that boundary

Do you reckon there be problems when I start to OC the cpu or gpu?

I have no idea. However, every power supply out there will have some variance on its power lines. This is why you have lots of regulators and capacitors on motherboards and other components.

The PSU should be up to the job but that voltage is afair bit low.

is it 11.53v when the system is idle or fully active?

also can you see what voltage is going to the processor compared to what should be as that will effect your O/C

u may find it jumps up a bit under load as well
