I've noticed on PSU spec sheets that some +12v rails have a minimum load of around 0.1 - 0.5A. What happens if I don't load a rail that has a minimum load requirement?

the psu wont power up if it doesn't sense the minimum load, which is why some people recommend connecting up a few fans when checking a psu.
the Rails aren't seperate though, are they?
they all power the same lines together AFAIK.
so it should be fine.
Yeah I think they are all powered by the same circuit, they are only separated by OCP AFAIK. Thanks
