Is it possible to narrow down searches carried out on eBay to a specific postcode. I know that it is possible to search within a 10 mile radius of a specific postcode but is it possible to be any more precise?

I've contacted eBay themselves but they seem very reluctant to go into much detail, even to a law enforcement agency!

No. But if you wanted this for law enforcement purposes with a warrant then you'd get what you want.
