    silicon 3114 raid controller

i am trying to set up my server so i can put my OS on my raid hard drive. I put the floppy in when i am in windows set up and am adding additional drives and stuff but when it read from the floppy, i get an unexpected error that says, (File si3114r5.sys caused an unexpected error (4107) at like 2187 in d:\srv03rtm\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c.). Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried googling the error code?

And are you sure your floppy disk is not corrupted?
