acer aspire one help

gotta friend who's son is a good kid but autistic and he owns a acer aspire one ZG5.

anyway i went to see them yesterday and there son has messed up his netbook it's running dog slow and seems to be missing some files from windows, simple option was gonna be restore it to factory settings for him and remove access to important sections.

Here is the were the problem came i tried using the acer erecovery software in windows but it wasn't installed so tried the direct 2 disk recovery from the bios but pressing alt+F10 did nothing just carried on into windows as normal,

So was wondering has anyone got the recovery cd/usb files for an acer aspire one that i can have or know were i can find the files.

Need to find these by next saturday morning if i can.
