    Question Correct RAM timings?

Been using this pack of RAM in my newish rig. Its set in the BIOS to run at 4-4-4-12 as the pack itself says. However I was looking around in my BIOS and noticed lots of other RAM timing settings which are mainly set to Auto. I believe this is Asus' way of ensuring safe, sensible settings are used.

If anyone who has knowledge of these fings would take a look at the pics I've linked to below and tell me if things are either OK/best left as is OR if there are some performance gains (large or small gains I don't mind) then I'd be most grateful if they'd tell me what I should try and experiment with.

    Chars in advance.
