Keeping voltage on auto is a far more dangerous activity.

You have a 65nm chip, you can safely do 1.3-1.45v all the way upto 1.6v which is a lot of headroom! I used to have my old chip on 1.45v constantly.

Keep an eye on temps, make sure you have decent cooling, and read up before you do anything

    Re: overclocking! any tip?

Is your cpu unlocked? If not, the person before this post is correct. What wattage does your mobo support? Ram is extremly overclockable, however I would recommend that it be a least, good ram if not better ram. If your ram is not heatsinked, I would recommend that you buy some for your sticks. Hope this helps in any way.
